The most delicious okonomiyaki! Crunchy outside with plenty of cabbage. There are always many orders for takeout and there is a waiting time, so I always order by phone and go to the store when it is ready.

(2019.11.05) Fuchuyaki that my son brought home on his way home from work. My son seems to like Fuchuyaki as his second favorite, but this is my favorite. Crispy noodles are the best This time, it took an hour to bring it back, so unfortunately it wasn't as crispy, but the Fuchuyaki with plenty of cabbage was still the best. This is 630 yen I'm happy

There are very few restaurants that can cook okonomiyaki with udon well. It is difficult. If okonomiyaki with udon is good when you go to a new restaurant, soba with okonomiyaki is also delicious. There are two okonomiyaki restaurants in Fuchu City, but this one is located in Nakasu-cho, Azuma no Sachi. If you have the chance, go for it. I've eaten at many okonomiyaki restaurants, but this is still my go-to.
