I decided to go to this shop, which was highly rated for touring. The parking lot is a little far away and can park 4 or 5 cars. Even though it was a reserved seat, it was opened, so I was able to enter smoothly. In terms of seats, there are 2 tables with 4 people injured, and can 4-5 people sit at the counter? That's what it feels like. The manager is a crispy mother, is it a grandchild? A young boy helped me. I chose modan-yaki (soba) with shrimp. Iron? Spatula? So, I'm not used to eating it, so I ate it with chopsticks, but if I can eat it, is it a "connoisseur"? (lol) The sauce is also delicious, and is it the taste of cabbage? I felt very delicious (*^^*) I would love to try different topping versions, so I will do my best and come back to the store ☆

Mixed soba noodles are exquisite. Fluffy despite being Kansai-style.
