Two days ago, I ate Gujo Yakisoba for the first time at "Katagiri" in Gujo Hachiman. Well, I love Hita yakisoba, so it was a marvelous yakisoba, so I visited this restaurant to experience that excitement again. I got it. good. That's nice. First of all, the store should be stylish. It was an image of a single piece, so I felt it was even more stylish than it actually was. Also, I thought the owner was a greasy and sweaty old man, but he turned out to be a smart and attractive mature woman. Thank you very much. Ah, speaking of the all-important Gujo yakisoba, Aikawa might be better than the original (laughs). Not only the taste and texture but also the volume was enough for me. I can't go by car because I drink beer, so if possible, I would be happy if it was in Kawaminami instead of Kawakita (north side of the Nagara River). Would definitely revisit. (2022_04_19)

Although I'm from Gujo, I didn't know about Gujo Yakisoba and was curious, so I went there! The shop staff are very easy to talk to and the shop has a nice atmosphere. There are only a few tables inside, so it seems like it will get crowded quickly. Gujo Yakisoba is quite hard. It was my first time experiencing the texture and it was very delicious 😊

I heard that Gujo Hachiman's famous katagiri yakisoba can be eaten in Gifu City, so I came here to try it. The owner's desire to let as many people know the taste of Katagiri was conveyed through the taste. Yakisoba and okonomiyaki are really the best! ! Actually, I went back to eat there three days later, and was surprised when I tried the restaurant's unique flavor of okonomiyaki called pork ball kimchi. Kimchi and okonomiyaki are truly the best match! ! Next time I will definitely order the fried noodles with pork ball kimchi. This place also offers takeout, so if you live nearby, we highly recommend it.
