I came here because I had been curious about it for a few days. Order your favorite okonomiyaki ramen (and chicken wings) Note 1 here It seems like it takes a little time to make okonomiyaki ramen. (Well, I make ramen and okonomiyaki too.) I happened to order chicken wings, so those came first. I was connecting time And then came the okonomiyaki ramen. My first impression was, why is there astragalus in okonomiyaki? It starts with a feeling of discomfort, but don't worry about it. Then, follow the owner's lecture and eat 1/4 of the okonomiyaki → salt ramen → eat the okonomiyaki soaked in soup. Good, I'm sorry for my limited vocabulary, but it's really good. Especially the okonomiyaki soaked in salt soup from the second half. It's almost like Akashiyaki and it's seriously delicious. Note 2 here It's simply 1 serving of ramen and 1 serving of okonomiyaki. You'll be pretty hungry (let's go hungry) Maybe it was because I happened to be the only one there when the store opened at 5pm. I really enjoyed eating while chatting with the owner and his wife! It was also a shop that I definitely wanted to stop by when I was in the Kagamigahara area. Thank you for the meal🙏

I decided on two dishes to order. Okonomiyaki ramen & natto bowl. The okonomiyaki ramen was like normal ramen topped with a proper okonomiyaki, so it was surprisingly light and easy to eat. The natto bowl was not just natto rice but was cooked properly. It's like adding natto to an egg bowl. This was so bad when it went down my throat! Both dishes were delicious.

A shop that recommends "Gifu Prefecture Gifu Food and Health Support Store" and "Gifu Prefecture Gifu Food Education Character". There were many menus, including unusual ramen. It was a hearty shop full of male customers. The personalities of the master and mother exuded the friendliness of the shop.
