I entered the store without knowing that the name had changed. I feel like the variety of toppings has increased compared to the previous store. Lunch was also available. I was satisfied because the toppings were bigger than those at rival stores. There are many types of miso soup, and you can choose between white miso and red miso. I was disappointed that the nodoguro had no fat, probably because it was the back part, but it was a restaurant that I would want to come back to eat again. The soup had a bit of a fishy smell, but the volume was perfect. In this day and age, it was stated on the previous store's website that the contract would be canceled due to non-payment of royalties, which is someone else's business, but I don't think there is a need to write that much, and I felt uncomfortable. I wish you all the best as you start your own new business.

2022.04 I went there for the first time in two years. The name of the restaurant had changed before I knew it, but the taste of the sushi rice (vinegared rice) seemed to have changed...it became a little sweeter!? I wonder if it's my fault. The staff were polite and wonderful!
