I came here because my mother likes it. It was the Midsummer Day of the Ox when I asked, but I'm not good at eel, so I ordered [Tendon, Udon set meal]. It goes without saying that the tempura bowl is delicious, but the multigrain rice udon is surprisingly delicious. It was nice to be able to talk with the shop owner who also fell in love with the word [road] written on the coaster.

I used it during my trip to Nagano. When I entered the restaurant, I was asked if I had a reservation, and since I had not made a reservation, it took a while to get a seat. Previously, I had to wait a long time at another restaurant, and the food was... Having experienced this, I felt anxious. I ordered ``Stone milled zaru soba with tempura''. In most cases, the amount of soba is not enough, but in the case of Yuzen, it was so voluminous that it felt like there was 1.5 to 2 times more. (Note the height of the soba noodles in the photo) Is this service because it took a long time to prepare a seat? That's what I thought. The tempura shrimp was plump and 120% satisfying. It was our first lunch on our Nagano trip, and it was a good start.
