I visited this restaurant based on a recommendation from a friend in Aizuwakamatsu that they don't dip the sauce into the deep-fried pork cutlet, but rather put the sauce on top of it. Because it doesn't stir, the cutlet is moist with the crunchiness of the bread crumbs and the sauce, and when you stuff your mouth with it, you'll get a lingering taste.Smear the rice into it and pour it over the cold 🍺😋⤴️ (It also tells you to chew your food well...) Since we were a group, we were given a tatami room on the second floor to relax and enjoy Aizu's horse sashimi in the afternoon. First time in a while. It felt like a constant flow of customers. Everyone seems to come for summer soba, eat, taste, chewy, and be satisfied with the stable and satisfying taste. In addition, there are a lot of tempura ingredients in Tendon, especially vegetables, of course, squid and shrimp are delicious and crispy, and the sauce and chopped seaweed that soak into the rice make it impossible to stop chopsticks. I realized once again that it was the most delicious tempura I ate. When checking out, I found a 100 yen tomato next to the cash register! It's a good deal, so I bought two packs and ate them, and I was surprised at how sweet and delicious they were! The owner seems to be making pesticide-free vegetables as a hobby, and because they are perfectly ripe, they are exceptionally delicious. Vegetables will be expensive from now on, so when you come to the store, I definitely recommend it. It was a feast. I will go again 🎵

It was a shop that I had been interested in for a while. The two of us entered the store and ordered soba & sauce katsudon and soba & tempura bowl. While I was waiting, I could hear the sound of soba being cut. The soba noodles were thin to my liking, chewy and delicious. The tempura was crispy and the sweet and spicy sauce was delicious. I think the price for both is reasonable at 1200 yen. It was good to eat.
