Soft style katsu and full of flavour.

I had a chance to get off the train at Zushi, and while looking for a delicious lunch around the station, I came across this tonkatsu restaurant. Ordered the top loin set meal. Since it is deep-fried at a low temperature, you will be forewarned that it will take some time, which will heighten your anticipation. I think I actually waited for more than 20 minutes, but when I ate the loin cutlet that came out, it was moist and tender, and it's hard to find tonkatsu of this quality even in Tokyo. It can be eaten with sauce and two kinds of salt, but it is a white tonkatsu that goes well with salt. I served it with salt almost to the end. The rice is grainy and the pickles keep you feeling refreshed until the end. I never thought I would be able to eat extremely well-made pork cutlet when I just happened to come to Zushi. The store is also clean and gives a good impression. If you're going to eat pork cutlet in Zushi, I'd say this is the first place you'll want to eat. Thank you for the meal.
