Visited with a friend. A calm space with jazz music. You can enjoy sake carefully selected by the master. This was the first time I've ever been to a place where you can drink hot sake at different temperatures. By the way, I also got a limited edition beer from Shinkichi Brewery (I don't know if it's always available). The appetizer is a soup of nuts and clams. Dishes range from sashimi to grilled local asparagus in a cheese skillet. Don't you have anything to eat? Smoking was not allowed inside the room and there was an ashtray outside. There were also two groups of women. Since the master is a woman, I think you can have a fun and safe discussion about alcohol. Currently, the number of people in a group is limited to three people or less, so I think it's better to call before visiting.

The building of the shop is a refurbished Showa-era old folk house, and the exterior is modern, and the interior is finished in a retro style. The owner's knowledge of sake is unmatched, and you can taste not only Gunma's local sake, but also sake from all over Japan carefully selected by the owner. If you are going for the first time, you can definitely choose the 3500 yen course. The parking lot is very large and there is a store behind it, so it may be difficult to find from the main road, but on the contrary, it is difficult to hear the sound of the cars, so it is the best place to drink slowly while talking.

It's a little expensive, but it's a shop where you can enjoy Japanese sake in style in an old folk house atmosphere. You can choose your favorite sake, and all of them are delicious. The snacks are also Western style, but I will repeat my favorite shop with a selection of items that match sake.
