Hiroshima, Japan｜Bar Yoh

We were pleasantly welcomed to an ambient atmosphere, inside a locally hidden whisky bar in Hiroshima. Our bartender, Hiroshi, was very welcoming, recommending some excellent Japanese whiskies, cocktails, and wines to my wife and I. We conversed in both English and Japanese, adding to the pleasant and exciting evening we experienced, making our first and only night in Hiroshima a memorable experience. Hiroshi, arigato gozaimasu. I highly recommend this bar to any whisky novice or expert, appreciative of quality, variety, and a knowledgeable bartender.

I was looking for a place to try some Japanese whiskey and found Bar Yoh. It was a lovely bar with an incredible selection of whiskeys, including a number of flights. The owner, Yoh, was an amazing host and also spoke English very well. He went out of his way to make it a memorable evening; one of the highlights of my trip.

Really chill bar and the bartender is awesome. Great selection of Japanese whiskey so if you’re a tourist and want to try some amazing whiskey this is the place to go. Again, the bartender is extremely friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
