It's a bar right next to the hotel I'm staying at, and it's open until late at night. You can enjoy delicious sake with the night view of Okayama and the bottle in the background. The bartender was also friendly and we had a great time talking about gourmet food. The snacks served by default are also satisfying. You can enjoy high quality alcohol at reasonable prices.
