The business form is a restaurant bar. I got the tomato and shimeji pasta. The noodles were flat homemade noodles with a firm texture, and the sauce was delicious. As for the drinks, the master's knowledge and skills are just amazing. It was a very meaningful time to enjoy various tastes depending on how to drink, such as how the taste of sake changes depending on the temperature change. It is a shop I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

A store I always go to whenever I can. It's a place where you can think about life while listening to the master's knowledge and sermons in a mature atmosphere. (Until I get somewhat drunk lol)
