Cool down stairs bar with great food. Very happy and friendly service, the area is not all that big so get in early for happy hour til 6pm. The food is excellent great fish & chips, the burgers look great.

Food is great and service is fab with a smile and personality!!! Walking distance from Happo one ski resort. Burgers are really good and so are the cocktails. Great atmosphere and families are very much welcome!

Refuel is now my go to when I go to Hakuba. The drink selection is solid with good whiskey options. The bartenders are skilled and friendly. The atmosphere is really chill and is awesome after a full day of shredding pow.
