More Comments at Google Map2022.12.13 Late lunch visit. I decided to go eat Chinese, and found it on the way. It was full of office workers. Highly rated when searched. The order is a tororo bowl set with garland chrysanthemum. Soba noodles are delicious! Although it's not very chewy, it's thin and often gets entwined with soup stock. A large amount of noodles Shungikuten has a lot of clothes and is soggy with soup stock, which is also delicious. "It's not greasy because the leek smells good." This has become my second favorite standing eatery in Tokyo. No. 1 is Okutone's maitake tempura soba in Shimbashi.
[A standing soba restaurant that is popular for its soba noodles made with yams that go down smoothly in the throat, the soup that is refreshing but has the flavor of dashi and maple, and the soba noodles that have a neat overall feel.] This is a stand-up soba restaurant located 1 minute walk from Tsukiji Station, which may be overlooked by first-timers due to its narrow frontage. This soba is characterized by its original noodles made with yam, and is very smooth on the palate. Even though the soba soup is Edomae, it is very elegant, probably due to the way the soup stock is used, so you might not get tired of it even if you eat it every day. They're open from 7am, so why not start your day with some delicious soba noodles?
Despite being a reasonably priced stand-up soba restaurant, you can feel the commitment to soba, kaeshi, dashi, and tempura. I especially like the texture of soba. The garland chrysanthemum is crispy and fragrant. All the other tempura dishes are also delicious. However, the tempura bowl may be a little strong for me.
