Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Echigo Soba Hachioji South Exit

I couldn't go there for a while after it opened. I thought it was a soba restaurant at the stand, but it turned out to be Hegi Soba. That's what the name of Echigo Soba came from. It had the unique texture of Hegisoba and was smooth and delicious. On the other hand, the typhoon had passed and it was kind of hot and humid, so I went to Hidakaya first because I wanted to eat some chilled Chinese food, but it was already the end of the season. I thought there would be no hiyashi chuka at Yomoya Echigo Soba, but there was. Moreover, you can choose from three types of noodles: Chinese, Soba, and Udon. It was an interesting shop that also had Hachioji ramen. It was a feast.

I liked it because it was more delicious than Fuji soba, but when I ate chilled (tanuki) soba for the first time the other day, it was the most delicious! it's cheap I want you to be evaluated more! !
