This shop has one of the most delicious soba and tempura I have ever experienced. Highly recommended for fans of Japanese food.

Delicious additive-free 100% soba noodles! It's a solid soba with a texture that doesn't seem to be 100%. Free children's soba for children under 5 years old. The tempura shrimp is a rare Japanese prawn, and I was told that you can eat the whole head and tail! Crispy and very tasty. Sobagaki is a dish that can only be eaten here. There are sunken kotatsu tatami seats, chairs and table seats. It's nice to have a tatami mat seat with a digging kotatsu for children. Pets are allowed on the outside terrace seats, so you can eat soba with your pet. The parking lot is wide and easy to park, but it may feel a little narrow for long cars because there is no turning back space or depth behind the parking lot.

I had the tempura soba. The water is delicious, so the soba noodles are also delicious🥢 The destructive power of tempura was amazing... The sesame oil smells but it's not heavy! The shrimp are crispy and edible right down to the tail. All the vegetables were delicious, and the pumpkin was like a sweet. The wasabi that was casually added was also a great choice, making it a satisfying debut for Tanzawa soba.
