I love this place. It's small, the owners are kind, and the food is great!

My wife and I visited for the first time. I entered the store around 18:30, but there were no customers and the owner was reading a newspaper, making me wonder if the store was okay. To be honest, I was worried. After looking at the menu, my wife ordered oyakodon and I ordered tsuke toro soba (cold soba with grated yam), and the orders arrived in less than 10 minutes. The visuals are good and appetizing, and as for the taste... I wasn't expecting much, but it was good! ️I tried some of my wife's oyakodon and it was delicious too😋 The rice bran pickles served as a side dish to the oyakodon are so salty that you'll want to drink alcohol, which will whet your appetite. (It's not salty.) After that, the proprietress served us a stew of bamboo shoots, which was also delicious. This was my first big hit in a long time. It looks like it's run by a husband and wife, and it's a warm-hearted shop with a hint of the Showa era. As a soba restaurant, the menu includes alcoholic snacks, so next time I would like to try a different menu. Please stop by if you are in the area. Thank you for the meal😋

It's a homely shop that is easy to enter even by yourself. This time, instead of miso soup, I ordered a takeout katsudon and added a lot of pickles and mandarin oranges as a bonus. I thought it would be unavoidable for it to get stuffy because it was a takeout, but it took about 15 to 20 minutes by car to take it home, but the clothes were crispy and the rice was delicious.
