秩父市上影森 Saitama, Japan｜Manten

I arrived around 6:30pm on Sunday and was able to be seated without waiting. It is located at an intersection with good visibility, and there is a parking lot for about 10 cars, with wheelchair access available. The interior has a calm atmosphere with several counter seats, 3 small raised seats for 4 people, and box seats for 2 to 6 people. There were rice bowls for under ¥1,000 and set meals for around ¥3,000. For around ¥1,500, you can get one refill each of white rice, cabbage, and miso soup, so I think it's reasonable. Itadaki Mashita's is <Garlic cutlet set meal: single item>. The meat seems to have a punch of garlic and extra garlic (deep-fried and with fine dust)...it's delicious♪ I didn't notice any garlic smell either after I ate it or the next day (lol). My partner had the Sauce Katsudon, which uses loin. Both had delicious crispy fried pork cutlets. The crispness was also good. There were a few items, but I wish there were more menus with photos ♪ (^o^;) All the staff members are so happy♪ It makes me happy to hear greetings from the kitchen.

Shops lined up before opening. I've only been there once, but it was so delicious that I'm planning to go again this Saturday for the first time in a while. The customer service was also good.

Previously I used loin meat, but this time I used 200g of fillet meat. Although fillet meat is generally more expensive, there is no difference between it and loin meat. It's a popular restaurant, so it's almost full even on weekday afternoons.
