More Comments at Google MapA store attached to the station building of Asakadai Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. It can be seen on the left as you exit the ticket gate of Kitasaka Station on the JR Musashino Line and transfer to the Tobu Line. (Right side of police box) The ticket vending machine is located inside the store, but all menus are posted outside the store, so there is almost no traffic jam in front of the ticket vending machine. There are chairs at both tables and counter seats, so you can enjoy your meal in peace without having to stand. Chopsticks and condiments are placed individually at every seat (you can add as many green onions as you like), and the fact that there is a server for cold water and a return port between the serving counter (kitchen) and the customer seats helps to improve the flow of customers. It can be said that this is an exquisite arrangement unique to the Komoro Soba chain store. Guests flow smoothly from entering the store to eating the food and leaving the store. What can be said about all Komoro soba stores is that the soba noodles themselves are basically delicious, and the flavor of the soup stock and fried balls (tenkasu) is good. Since this stable taste is provided at a low price, it is understandable that there are repeat customers regardless of age or gender. The inside and outside of the restaurant are well-cleaned, so you can enjoy your meal in a good mood.
Komoro Soba is a great company! You can enjoy authentic Sarashina-style soba at a low price, and there are plenty of side menus, making this an elegant fast food restaurant that is a blessing in this era of soaring prices. I was just that hungry, so I ordered the full katsudon set! Compared to other soba restaurants, the soup stock is more refined and doesn't have a strong aftertaste. This applies to both soba and rice dishes, as the soup stock is solid and doesn't blur. It's been a long time since I went through the noren curtain, and the inside of the store is clean. You can also use Suica, and it's a store with high value for money. Please use all means. *What is Komoro? Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, is a scenic town at the foot of Mt. Asama. It is also a place rich in nature, famous for its Kaikoen Garden and spring water. The word ``Komoro'' is reminiscent of soba, and the naming matches well.
Komoro soba for the first time in two years. Ordered a large serving of tempura soba for 430 yen. Fast, cheap, delicious! I am satisfied with this price, volume and taste. I feel that the cost performance is unmatched by other soba chains. The noodles are slightly soft and the soup is sweet. I think I want to go again.
