Atre is located when you exit the Kawagoe Station ticket gate and turn to your right. It's on the 7th floor. Hegi soba is the main dish at this restaurant. The tempura platter is also very delicious. There is also a wide variety of local sake. Beer, shochu, and soft drinks are also available. This is my favorite shop.
