At the entrance of the store, a stone mill is automatically making buckwheat flour, and the sound is soothing. Soba is of course delicious, and tempura is also recommended. There is soba tempura with both, and the amount is just right. It's very crowded at lunchtime, so it's usually empty when it opens or later in the day.
