The soba noodles are delicious, but the wild vegetable fried rice is even better. I was healed by the gentle taste 😊

Second visit. Since the soba noodles were just about finished, the three of us shared the wild vegetable fried rice while the soba noodles were being made (about 20 minutes). It was a refreshing and delicious fried rice. Each of us had soba with zaru, grated spicy, and grated yuzu, and we were satisfied. They sell handmade textiles and products made from various types of waste wood, and I was so relieved that I bought a coaster.

The soba noodles are made by hand and will be demonstrated right in front of you. These are delicious noodles that are very chewy and smooth. The location is in a wooded village with lush greenery, the food is delicious, the view is great, and there is a large sports park nearby.
