I never thought I would be able to enjoy Yamagata cuisine when I came to Gifu. From my point of view as a Yamagata native, The imoni at this restaurant is exquisite. This is the first time I have eaten such a gentle sweet potato stew. Highly recommended The yam strips were also delicious. I got carried away and ordered the 14th generation, which ended up costing me a lot of money. . . Anyway, I recommend the imoni.

This time, I wanted to try a variety of things, so I ordered the “Small Bowl Trio”. Kamonan soba small bowl of conger eel tempura small bowl of kakiage. Great answer (≧∇≦)b Crispy and fluffy tempura with a hint of sweetness and strong umami, my favorite Kamonan Soba Small (^_^)b It was the perfect “small bowl trio”. This time, I ordered Kamo Seiro Soba (large) for ¥1,450. The soba noodles are slightly soft and aromatic, and the duck soup has a spicy taste with a hint of pepper. It was my first experience, but it was very delicious. There was no parking lot, so I parked at a coin parking, but it was free for 30 minutes, which was very helpful. I think the store staff is very kind and conscientious. Repeat confirmed. Next time, I would like to order the whole conger eel tempura bowl and Kamonan soba. This time I ordered Kamonan soba for ¥1,600 and whole conger eel tempori bowl for ¥1,200. I was surprised when I came and saw this! ! The tempura bowl is so thick that it has a big conger eel on it! The amount is just right, not too much, not too little, and the sauce works well, making it surprisingly delicious. The soba noodles are soft yet chewy, with the sweetness of the pepper, the spiciness of the pepper, and the umami of the duck fat. ! This is also a masterpiece. I ordered a regular portion of both, but they also have small portions, so I think even women can enjoy both. It's absolutely exquisite. Next time, make one of them “small”. There was about that much. (^^;)

Personally, as an Okinawan Kansai person, soba is a low priority and I rarely eat it, but it was delicious!! The soba tea and tamakon skewers are also great!
