Great place for soba; worth a detour.

You can definitely eat something delicious! The tempura was piping hot, and the platter included white onions that I wanted to try, so I was happy. The conger eel tempura is so big that it's hard to take a photo lol I wonder if the soba noodles took this long... I want to eat it all the time rather than just eating it all the time.

(2023.10) I visited for the first time after being told that it was delicious. How about a shop inside a private house for the first time? That's what I thought, but it was very delicious. The photo is of Soba Sanbaso. Comes with colander, wild yam grated soba (cold), grated wild vegetable soba (cold), and tempura (green onion, potato, eggplant, shishito pepper, shrimp tempura (2 pieces)). It seems that shrimp tempura can also be turned into conger eel tempura bowl. The tempura is light and has no extra batter, so it's delicious even when it's cold! Personally, it was exquisite 😋🍴 Personally, the soba noodles didn't match my imagination, but the grated wild vegetables and wild yam were both delicious. Considering that it is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays and is only open for lunch, it was a very valuable meal. Next time, I would like to go for the tempura and Japanese yam yam rice😊 Thank you for the meal🙏
