Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜和麺処 天久

It was delicious...I was curious about the taste of the chicken offal. Yamanashi set 1200 yen including tax. It might have been better to have warm soba noodles.

It was my first time eating or drinking in Kofu, and I was feeling quite hungry after driving in the morning, so I decided to try the set menu. I ordered Kofu chicken offal, warm udon, and rice. My only experience with tori giblets is miso-flavored giblet stew, so I was surprised to find that it was a sweet and rich liver😵💧 Moreover, the amount was large, and it went well with rice and udon. I had a delicious experience

I like the name Yamanashi Set! A set of soba, chicken offal, tuna buttu, and half rice.
