Very good cold soba noodles. The place is clean and bright

I got lost for lunch and went to Hatsuka-san. I noticed it for the first time even though I had been there quite a bit. Menu where you can add soba to a bowl Cold soba noodles in oyakodon Add cold soba to the tempura bowl and wait. The best seat was the counter, where you could watch the performance right in front of the pot where the soba was boiled. I get excited just looking at it. I was surprised to see the food that arrived soon (...;) I'm even happier that it comes with chawanmushi and miso soup😄 I'm very satisfied with the stable taste, thank you for the meal (lol) Thank you for letting me talk a little with the performer who was boiling the noodles (lol) It was a very good lunch and I left the restaurant very satisfied. As expected, Hatsuka was a delicious and popular restaurant ✨ Thank you very much🙇 Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓ The first flowers in a long time to visit on Saturday As expected, there is no line, but the store is almost full. Order a large bowl of motsumori soba, warm tororo soba, mini tempura bowl, and mini oyakodon. Thank you for the meal, I'm full and satisfied (lol) Previously↓↓↓↓↓↓ Setsubun is the same year as New Year's Eve, so I wanted to eat soba (lol) Order lunch with kake soba and mori soba noodles (lol) It's a mini tempura bowl so it seems perfect (lol) Thank you for the meal (lol)

I visited during my trip to Yamanashi. When I went to a famous restaurant, there was a long line, so I looked for a restaurant nearby where I could eat soba and chicken offal, and I ended up here. As a result, we made the right choice! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had a set meal of tori offal, and the tori offal is rich and goes really well with rice. And it's quite large. I'm a relatively big eater, but I was still worried about whether I would be able to finish it all. lol It was delicious and I finished it all. My family ordered a set of soba and tempura, and they said the soba was chewy and the tempura was freshly fried and crispy and very delicious. I also ordered alcohol, but I was surprised at how large the portion was for the price. I love tamagoyaki, so of course I ordered it, but how many eggs do they use? That's how big it is! It's longer than my face. I think people who like sweet home-cooked tamagoyaki will like this. I love sweet tamagoyaki, so this was a big hit. They cut it into bite-sized...or two-bite sized pieces, so it's easy to share. I was also impressed by the high quality of customer service. Anyway, everyone is very friendly and pays close attention to the details, which makes me feel at home. Also, it was a coincidence, but being shown around to a private room was a big plus. The atmosphere of the store, the quality of the food, and the level of customer service are all high, and the prices are very reasonable. I think the chicken offal set meal was just under 1,200 yen. I thought that the amount and price was a result of the company's efforts. I will definitely visit here again on my next trip to Yamanashi. I was impressed.
