Unique, top quality soba

I arrived 15 minutes before the start of business at 11:30 and there was a business sign, so when I called out, I was told "please" so I entered early. It was a weekday on Thursday, but it was full at 11:40. I had the soba set and duck loin, but the 100% ground soba noodles in the soba set had the best soba flavor! The duck was also delicious. Next time, I would like to try the soba comparison set that is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note that the store closes a little earlier on weekdays. The parking lot was also small, with only 4 spaces. But the taste is very good. I tasted real soba. The ultimate is soba-yu. It's the highest level of muddy water ever, making soba-yu lovers very happy.
