A hidden good store? Visit the famous spots of Nami no Ihachi. It really feels like a normal house is being operated as a restaurant. However, the menu is surprisingly rich. I was surprised that you could eat conger eel tempura. I immediately ordered conger eel tempura (with vegetable tempura). Normally, for the price of 1,200 yen, you would think that one conger eel tempura would have about two vegetables, but the amount was twice as much as I expected. And the soba is delicious. I would say the noodles have a chewy texture, or rather they are soft, but the meat is firm and delicious. This is a matter of preference, but is the soup a little thin? Although it is a small shop, it seems to be popular among the locals and has a steady stream of customers.

The store is the owner's home. A shop full of soba love, with soba making classes and even a flour mill. We also have a stall at events in Misaki Town.

I felt that the mini tempura bowl had a little too much sauce. Tempura was delicious. The soba was delicious, the space was relaxing, and the price was reasonable.
