A shop in the mountains of Ichihara. Satisfied with the color and taste of 4 colors. The green yuzu cut and white soba are a wonderful word. The coffee was surprisingly delicious, too!

Business had resumed. Ordering has changed to the method of purchasing meal tickets from the ticket vending machine inside the store. I received the duck bamboo steamer. I ate all the way down to the soup 😋 Next time I would like to try Inaka Soba.

You can taste and compare three types of soba. The Sarashina here has a good texture and goes down the throat, and sells out quickly. Added in November 2023 It was closed due to Corona, but has been revived. I visited the store on Sunday when it opened, and it's a popular store with lines forming in no time. The staff will guide you to buy a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine first. If you would like to take your time in choosing the menu, it would be a good idea to ask to be seated first.
