Two robot arms deftly take the soba noodles from the pallet, put them in a basket, loosen them, boil them, wash them, and rinse them with cold water in a fluid motion. The finished soba is ``ordinary station soba'' with nothing special about it. I think it's a big deal that a robot can make ``ordinary station soba'' that doesn't feel weird when you eat it, and if you don't ask, you'll finish the whole thing without even realizing that it's ``soba boiled by a robot.'' Ta. However, if you order hot soba, the robot will first steep the soba in cold water, and then the staff will boil it again before serving it. If you simply want to enjoy soba noodles boiled by a robot, it would be better to choose cold soba noodles such as "Mori Soba."
