A soba restaurant next to the ticket gate at Kaihin Makuhari Station Fancy and spacious. There are many seats. Although the price may seem a little high, It's a slightly higher quality stand-up soba, so I'm satisfied that it's something like this. Both the soba and soup have a clear flavor. The small kakiage bowl was also freshly fried and delicious. I don't think it's bad.

I'm at Kaihin Makuhari Station (^o^) I ordered "Tenryu Kakiage Soba 520 yen" at "Sobaichi". The soba has just the right amount of firmness and is delicious. The kakiage is fried crispy and delicious with the sweetness of the onions and other vegetables (*´∀`)

I heard that from 2021/03/10, the restaurant has become a restaurant where robots boil soba noodles, so I went to visit it. Two robot arms deftly take the soba noodles from the pallet, put them in a basket, loosen them, boil them, wash them, and rinse them with cold water in a fluid motion. The finished soba is ``ordinary station soba'' with nothing special about it. I think it's a big deal that a robot can make ``ordinary station soba'' that doesn't feel weird when you eat it, and if you don't ask, you'll finish the whole thing without even realizing that it's ``soba boiled by a robot.'' Ta. However, if you order hot soba, the robot will first steep the soba in cold water, and then the staff will boil it again before serving it. If you simply want to enjoy soba noodles boiled by a robot, it would be better to choose cold soba noodles such as "Mori Soba."
