Chiba, Japan｜Yudetaro

Many cheap soba restaurants have more wheat flour than buckwheat flour, and in some really bad places, they only have about 5% buckwheat flour and the rest is wheat flour. Yudetaro is a cheap shop, but it claims to use more than 50% buckwheat flour, so it's delicious and flavorful.

I've been curious about it for a while, so I decided to join. ``Yudetaro'' doesn't fit the image of a soba restaurant, but the thin noodles and soup stock are delicious, and it's a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

The inside of the store is dirty in places, but the soba noodles are very delicious.
