A soba restaurant along Matsumoto Kaido in Yokkaichi. I guess it's a relatively new store. I ordered the large shrimp tempura lunch. I chose soba soup and Tsukimi for the soup, but I personally have no problem with just soba soup. The flavor and texture of the soba noodles, the thickness and umami of the soup had a good balance, and it was delicious. This is the first time I've seen crunchy plums used as a condiment. When you eat it at the end, it leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and surprisingly good. The shrimp tempura is also big and plump and delicious. Next time, let's try Juwari Soba. It's my first time here, The tempura is also delicious with well-fried shrimp. I like both soba and soup. Highly recommended for a gentle meal!
