More Comments at Google MapThe address is a full-fledged handmade soba restaurant in the countryside of Kaneda (pronounced “Konda”), Tsukuba City. The soba in the photo is a large Seiro that is ordered separately. The usual vegetable kakiage tempura. Served in a spicy soba sauce (does not come with a tempura dipping sauce). And the crispness of tempura is the height of the level itself. The warm hospitality and the soba you eat while looking at the countryside will make you feel like you are on a trip.
I ate Toshikoshi soba. The tempura ingredients were unique and good. The soba noodles have a firm texture and go down easily. The quality is sufficient for a soba restaurant. Also, the soba tea served has a special flavor. Please give it a try. Dessert of buckwheat tea with kudzu? It was also delicious
As good as the reviews say. If you are concerned about the price, you should refrain from going here, but it is recommended for those who want to eat delicious food even if it costs a certain amount. I ordered Tenseiro, but The soba noodles have a chewy texture, and the more you chew, the more the flavor of the buckwheat flour comes into your mouth. The tempura is crispy and we recommend eating it with salt.
