Really delicious, affordable soba and tempura!

I visited around 11:45 on a weekday. The store was already about 70% full. You can see how popular it is. The most popular seems to be soba noodles with mushrooms, I ordered mushroom soba. The rice bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. First, let's have some soup. The mushroom soup is strong and has a deep flavor. Soba noodles are thick, firm and chewy, and are satisfying to eat. The mushrooms are delicious, but they also contain small pieces of eggplant. This absorbs the soup and is delicious. Handmade yuzu pepper is included as a garnish. It's quite spicy, but if you add a little bit of this, it's even more delicious. I finished it in no time. It was delicious. I'll come back later.

I ordered sesame miso soba, and my companion ordered mushroom soba. The buckwheat is thickly cut from country soba. Sesame miso is light and easy to eat, but it might give you a little punch. I adjusted it with the chili peppers on the table and the yuzu pepper on the side. The volume is solid, and I think that eating response and satisfaction are high!
