A5 wagyu beef was excellent, tender and flavorful. The beef lard added extra aroma and taste to the sukiyaki sauce. Dipped the cooked wagyu beef into beaten eggs to add extra smoothness and tenderness. The other ingredients for the sukiyaki were fresh and of high quality, enhanced the overall taste. The service staff was attentive and taken care of us well.

I don't really care for wa-shoku in general, but this place served up a truly delicious spread today. Pricey, but worth it if you're in the mood for traditional Japanese.
