It is no exaggeration to say that it is one of the creative Japanese restaurants that represent the area. This was my second visit, and I made a reservation in advance for the "Spring Kiwami Course." The dishes are beautifully presented on bowls designed with autumn leaves, and are both beautiful to look at and exquisite to eat! The flavor of the matsutake mushrooms is outstanding, and even the grilled eel that comes with the grilled matsutake mushrooms and every single piece of sashimi are delicious like no other! When it comes to shabu-shabu made with fugu, the special taste of matsutake mushrooms can be said to be the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine. The matsutake mushroom rice at the end, combined with the delicacy of mullet roe, and the fugu pork porridge, all made for a meal that seemed like something out of a dream. Enjoy special Japanese food on a special day! This is a store that accomplishes that perfectly.

I ordered the 10,000 yen course, and it was very delicious and I was very satisfied with the content. I ordered sake, and the choko served was seasonal, so I had a good time. The room was a private room, but it was nice that the entrance and toilet were separate so you didn't have to fight with other guests.

For my birthday, I received a dish filled with my favorite crab. I was given a private room, but since I like the counter, I asked for a change, and they happily accommodated me. A crab swimming in the fish tank in front of me. It was landed at Tsuiyama Port and is very splendid. I was able to enjoy crab to my heart's content. In addition, the sukiyaki with truffles sprinkled right in front of me was also very delicious. I would like to visit you again on a special day.
