Shabu-shabu is eaten by dipping it in soba soup. It's very delicious. There are many other menu items besides shabu-shabu, and you can't help but order a lot of them. There are seats that feel like private rooms, and the atmosphere is good.

Shabu-shabu is generally served with sesame sauce or ponzu, but here at Ebisuza, it is served with Japanese-style soup stock. About 10 years ago, a banker brought me here. The combination of green onions and Japanese-style soup is refreshing and delicious. It's not Pavlov's, but for me, Hiroshima's pork shabu is Ebisu. Although it is not in the photo, the meat used in shabu-shabu is basically pork belly. Please eat it after mixing plenty of green onions with the dashi stock with yuzu pepper. Like my family, I'm sure you'll be surprised by the taste you've never experienced (^^)
