Saku, Nagano, Japan｜Gatten Sushi Sakudaira

My friend took me to Nigatten Sushi 🍣 to celebrate my birthday and we had a treat. Until now, I had mainly been to rotating sushi 🍣 shops, but this was my first time. This time, we had some expensive sushi🍣 from the set menu. The toppings were good, and the eel was surprisingly large, tender, and had a good texture. The sea urchin also enjoyed the flavor of Isoka. Speaking of greed, I guess I didn't have enough vinegar! It had less acidity. The chefs were all young and it was wonderful. The store was also very clean.

Unlike other conveyor belt sushi chains, it's more expensive, but the ingredients are very satisfying. The sushi is made right in front of you, so you really feel like you're at a sushi restaurant. It's easy to order using the touch panel 👍

This quality at this price is quite a bargain. The ingredients are fresh and large, you can easily order on a tablet, and you can rest assured knowing the total amount. I stopped by on my way home so I could only eat a little bit, but I'd like to come back again. I think it would have cost twice as much if I had eaten it in Tokyo.
