The techniques used to bring out the flavor and flavor of the fish, and of course the availability of ingredients, were on a different level... I heard that there was a 100 Famous Sushi restaurant near my place of relocation, even though it was inland, so I visited with high expectations, but it far exceeded my expectations. I was surprised. This is the best fish restaurant. I think this restaurant is more appealing to fish lovers than sushi lovers.

Reserve a 10,000 yen course at a tatami room. I was able to make a reservation easily by calling a week in advance, probably because it was an opening reservation on a weekday. There are about 7 dishes using seafood (firefly squid nuta, grilled fish, sashimi, etc.). This is more delicious than I imagined. I was looking for sushi, but I was completely satisfied with the food. The sea bream milt and red bean liver were especially good with sake. The sushi was of course delicious, and I thought it would be too much to fill my stomach, but my fears were unfounded. It was also helpful that there was a topic that my companion was not good at, so I told him about it over the phone in advance, and he responded well.

I was invited by a friend. They are all delicious, as rumored. Of course the story is delicious, but it was wonderful to be able to think about each and every one of them. It was interesting to see how the Japanese sake was served.
