I ended up spending about half the budget I had prepared. I love matsutake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot, but this clay pot steamed mushroom has big ingredients and is very satisfying to drink! I want to go every week. We were seated in a tatami room, but the counter was full. I would have liked to enjoy nigiri if I had a little more time, so I'll look forward to the nigiri next time. I'd like a counter next time.
