Takasaki, Gunma, Japan｜Kiku Sushi

My wife and I chance upon this fantastic eatery. They server sashimi and sushi. I had lunch here twice. During the first visit, I ordered a clam sushi and a unagi don (eel rice), it was really fresh and the price is reasonable too. On the second occasion, we ordered their premium sushi set and I can't resist having the succulent unagi don again. The sea urchin sushi was buttery and very fresh. If I ever come by this way, I am sure to make a lunch stop at this place again. Do be warn that the operators do not speak english, so use common sense and they are very helpful.

I'm in the way as a reward once a year. The material is thick, fresh and really delicious. I would like to try my best for a year and come again.

I used it for lunch with my aunt during Golden Week. Even though it had been a long time, I was impressed that the landlady remembered my aunt so well! ︎ Not only the high-quality sushi, but also the small side dishes and soups were excellent.
