At Kappa Sushi, we checked out the Campaign - Featured Menu. For the nigiri, we particularly like the swordfish, Japanese halfbeak, fatty bonito, Trachurus Japonicus, wild red shrimp, and the whelk. For the Gunkan, thumbs up for the crab innards. All for ¥108 per plate. Set menus like Kid's meal, and weekday lunch set are available. The automated touch menu offers an English option making order a breeze. The orders are transported via a Shinkanzen - orders will not be lost on the way. (^.^)

Great sushi and very safe; all sushi is made to order and comes directly to your seat

Unusual for local Kappa Sushi, the parking lot is on the first floor and the store is on the second floor. As a local conveyor belt sushi restaurant, the parking lot seems a little small. This kappa sushi does not rotate the sushi. Each person orders sushi (up to 4 pieces per order) from a tablet device installed in front of their seat, and each time the sushi is delivered to their seat using a Shinkansen-style delivery machine. For takeout, customers order sushi from their seats, and each person fills a takeout container with the sushi delivered by a Shinkansen-style delivery machine. I was impressed by the system that conveyor belt sushi restaurants had these days.
