Kiryu, Gunma, Japan｜Gattenzushi Kiryuten

(Although the store and prices are similar to conveyor belt sushi...) You can see them being made inside the counter, and the toppings were good and delicious. I don't think the price was 100 yen...

Visited on 2021/09/15. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, this sushi restaurant is no longer open. You write your desired sushi toppings on a piece of paper and hand it to the person at the counter each time. Unlike a part-time job at a 100 yen sushi restaurant, the chef will make the sushi on the spot, so it's fun to see and taste it. There is also a sense of security by being open about where the ingredients are purchased. The toppings are big and delicious, and the shari is also delicious. As a result, I was satisfied with the price, which was about the same as 100 yen sushi. I really appreciate the free miso soup for lunch. There is a huge rock near the store sign in the parking lot, so be careful not to hit it.

Prices are higher than other chain stores. However, I think that it is a little more expensive than others if the material and shari are large and the taste is good. If so, I will definitely choose this delicious restaurant. If it's a game at a chain store, I don't think I'll lose. I would like to ask you again.
