Tochigi, Japan｜Sushiro

Delicious and cheap sushi. I will definitely come again.

The sushiro here has gotten really good lately. I've been to Sushiro in many different places, but this one has become my favorite so far. Favorite point ① It's always crowded no matter when I go. Even on holiday nights, the wait time is only about 1/5 of Oyama's. However, it is a mystery that we have to wait quite a while. If there weren't that many, Koyama would have been called in no time... Favorite point ② When it comes to conveyor belt sushi, it's common to find products that are toppled, crumbled, or look much worse than the photos, and are often fraudulent and disappointing, but this Tochigi store has a high probability of serving decent sushi. Favorite point ③ Popular fair items are left until the end, and you may be able to find a dish you had given up on again. When I was disappointed that the food was sold out in Oyama, I was often happy to find that it was still available when I went to Tochigi. Favorite ④ I've gotten better at making parfaits and making sushiro cafes than I used to, and I'm less likely to be disappointed. I photograph and upload the sweets every time, so I want them to be beautiful and crisp! that's all. Unfortunately, the counter is facing the entrance, so it's too cold to sit down in the winter, and it closes about an hour earlier than the Oyama store.
