It's nice to have a place where the food is made right in front of you, the vinegar in the rice is perfect, and the rice is thoroughly cooled. Gari is also delicious. Fish that is in season is definitely the best to eat, so be sure to try today's recommendations. There seems to be a lunch menu on weekdays as well. The lively atmosphere is unique to a sushi restaurant! I'm happy about that.
