The noodle topping on top was also crispy and I enjoyed the texture. Next, a small side dish, pickles, and miso soup came out, and the taste was very delicate. Today's small bowl was nijime, and the flavor of the dashi and soy sauce was good, and the seaweed added texture. It reminded me of the taste of my grandmother, who passed away the other day, and it made me feel nostalgic, and when I told my companion, she felt the same way. Grandma's taste remains unchanged. Pickles came out with pickled radish and some strange things. It's a pickle with a crunchy texture and a plum-like flavor, and when I asked the staff at the store, they told me it was zha cai. I'm not a big fan of Chinese zha cai, but this one had such a fresh taste that I liked it so much that I wanted to take it home. The ingredients for the miso soup were wheat gluten, seaweed, and clams. The plump clams and the small green onions added later were irresistible, and the soup stock had a fluffy flavor. For the main dish, I ordered chirashi sushi. The waitress told me that the amount of rice was a little large, so I recommended that women eat less, so I took her word for it. It was just right. It was a very luxurious ride, and I personally loved the taste of the sweetly fried tamagoyaki. Coffee and tea are available after meals, but the tea I chose was served in WedgeWood.
