Visited after 5 pm on December 30th. There was almost nothing I wanted to eat in Hamazushi, so I was looking for delicious sushi. I couldn't forget the taste of the seafood kimchi warship here, so I ordered it, but it's still delicious. The spiciness and hidden sweetness are exquisite. Even the natto rolls, which I thought "this doesn't really change the taste", have a proper soybean taste and are delicious. In addition, it was a little 6000 yen for a couple to eat Tobiko, mussels, and plum cucumbers. They offer about half of the sushi here for 120 yen or 150 yen, so I think that the cheap chain stores are still cheaper at the moment, but what will happen when prices go up now? It's interesting to see if it changes. However, I think that the satisfaction when eating is uneven. Not one decent sushi came out. By the way, the young lady who served beer was not there when I went there. I saw a small woman cut sushi rolls with a sashimi knife in one hand, and it was cool. I may not be able to beat high-end sushi restaurants in Tokyo, but even if it's a chain restaurant, it's kind of a valuable experience to be able to see such craftsmen locally. If I want to eat delicious sushi again, I will go there.

I went to another Gaten Sushi (inside the mall) before, but I think it was much better and delicious than there. In front of the cash register, there was a lot of information about new year's dishes. I decided that I could do it online, so I would like to make a reservation later.
