Visited after 1pm to avoid the lunchtime crowd. There are 6 counter seats and 3 raised seats for 4 people. There is also a tatami room that can accommodate up to 50 people, so it can be used for banquets and funerals. Lunch on weekdays includes sushi, set meals, and rice bowls. There was also a set menu that was only available for dinner. This time I ordered "Chirashi Lunch" for 1000 yen. Comes with salad, small side dish, miso soup, and chawanmushi. It seems that as soon as the chawanmushi is sold out, it will be replaced with something else. Chirashizushi ingredients include tuna, sea bream, squid, shrimp, octopus, salmon, egg, dried gourd, kamaboko, and cucumber slices. The tuna is soft without streaks, the salmon is fatty, the squid is soft and sweet, the sea bream is light with a slight sweetness, the egg is not very sweet, and the octopus is crunchy but soft. The ingredients are also delicious. The salad was raw vegetables and potato salad, and the small bowl was chicken teriyaki. The ingredients for chawanmushi are simple shiitake mushrooms and kamaboko, but the flavor of shiitake mushrooms and the soup stock are very delicious. It is very satisfying to be able to eat luxurious and delicious sushi for 1000 yen. I want to try other menus.

I used to go there when I lived in Takanezawa town. Lately, maybe it's because of the coronavirus or the high prices, but the quality of the restaurants in my neighborhood has declined, so I came here wanting to eat delicious sushi for the first time in a while. It was worth going all the way from the next town. It was our anniversary, so I was definitely looking forward to some delicious sushi. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable, making it a restaurant that you will want to continue to support.
