Clean, delicious, and plentiful I'm surprised that it was cheaper than that

Sushi that never turns. Full order system with kappa sushi. It arrives with a shoe on a Shinkansen tray. Smaller store. Turn rate seems good. Orders are delivered quickly despite the congestion. Can I clear the dishes from where they are piled up? The clerk cleans up, so the table stays clean. Handmade pudding, not because I can turn the gacha, but I was curious. Delicious.
