Fukuyama, Hiroshima, Japan｜Yagura Sushi

This is a sushi restaurant that I visit regularly. First, we had draft beer and the sashimi of our choice. In the winter, you can enjoy Hirezake, and in the summer, you can enjoy beer, highball, or shochu mixed with water and a few a la carte dishes. After that, I have a small handful of nigiri, and depending on the day I order red soup stock, but as a finishing touch, I order shrimp mayo rolls. Whether you think it's evil or childish, you can't miss this! Also, the counter table made from a single piece of cypress is a masterpiece. It's not cheap, but I can recommend it.

I go several times a year and look forward to going every time. Fukuyama is the most delicious personally. It's also expensive, but it's worth it. The counter has recently been partitioned to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and the number of seats is limited, so we recommend making a reservation. The eel grilled with sauce and nigiri sushi are excellent.

I was surprised at how clean and well-maintained the store was. I will bother you again.
